Returns & Exchanges


Customers are able to return items within 14 days from when the order was received for a store credit. Please note that only the value of the goods will be credited.

Parooz Fashions is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. Shipping charges for returning any item(s) will be at the customer’s own cost.

Please email us at returns@paroozfashions.co.za to receive details on how to return your item(s), as well as the return to sender address.
Your item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt to the address we send you. Goods sent to the post office will not be collected.

  • Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • If shoes, the items are unworn and show no signs of wear.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and have no marks or damage.
  • Shoes must be returned in original box and/or shoe bags with no damage to packaging.
  • No makeup transfer or stains of any kind to be on item(s). Please take good care to avoid the transfer of makeup onto item(s) when trying on.
  • No exchanges on sale item(s), swimwear, bodysuits, or any jewellery / accessories.
  • No refunds, unless item(s) is proven to be faulty or have a default. This happens vary rarely.

Item(s) that do not meet the above criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Parooz Fashions reserves the right to not grant a credit note if all of the above criteria’s are not met.


Once we have received your item(s) back, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. A credit slip will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the package back and a credit note will be emailed to you.

Alternatively the item(s) can be taken directly to the store where a credit note/ exchange will be processed directly to you.


The following items are non-returnable & credit slips will not be issued for the following:

  • All Jewellery & Accessories.
  • All Hats.
  • All Interior Items.
  • All Sale Items.
  • All Swimwear.
  • All Bodysuits.
Please note the reason we cannot exchange or give you a credit note on any grooming products, jewellery or swimwear is for health and hygiene reasons.

If you wish to exchange item(s) please email returns@paroozfashions.co.za.
Our policy states that item(s) must be returned to the address given to you within 14 days of receiving goods & all returns are at customers own cost.

Please state your name, email address, phone number, physical address and order number. We will reply confirming receipt of your email. Once we have received and checked returned item(s), we will send you a credit note via email within 7 working days.
