I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?


Once you have placed an order we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?


Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order once it has been processed.

Don’t panic! You can place a new order quickly & easily for the extra item that you are wanting via our online store.

Alternatively you can email us at info@paroozfashions.com and we can send you a invoice for the extra item(s) you want to order.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?


No, sorry. All final sale items cannot be returned for a credit note or be exchanged.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?


Although it doesn’t happen often, no one is perfect and sometimes faults can occur! Drop us a email at returns@paroozfashions.com with pictures of the faults. If we determine the garment is faulty, we will cover postage for you and happily give you a credit note or exchange the faulty item(s) for a new one.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?


Check your email inbox! As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order with a tracking number. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or email us at info@paroozfashions.com for us to resend it to you.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?


Due to an unforeseen event the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available, we promise these cases are extremely rare.

If an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours of the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be sent to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. You will be fully reimbursed for the unavailable item(s)

I RECEIVED A PAROOZ FASHIONS GIFT CARD. HOW DO I USE IT?


Go to your shopping cart or check out page, enter the voucher code into the appropriate box. Press the 'add voucher code' button. The gift card amount will be deducted from your order total.

NOTE: GIFT CARD IS VIRTUAL. RECIPIENT WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL, NOT A PHYSICAL CARD. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER? 


It's coming, we promise!

We send orders from Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we do not operate or dispatch on public holidays or weekends. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but sometimes there might be a delay especially when cool new items drop online and we are super busy. Your patience is much appreciated by us.

  South African deliveries take 24 - 72 hours (working days only) to be delivered depending on where you are located. Yaaay!

Your item(s) will be dispatched in most circumstances the day of ordering. Any item(s) ordered after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. Please note if you order on a Friday after 12pm or on a weekend your order will only be dispatched the following Monday.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


Yes you can! Go to http://www.fastway.co.za/our-services/track-your-parcel enter the tracking number you received from us via email and Voilà you can see exactly where your order is! Super easy peasy!

Alternatively email us at sales@paroozfashions.com and we will track it for you no problem!

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

 

So here’s the deal, you have one hour from when you purchased item(s) to quickly email us at sales@paroozfashions.co.za with your order number and the changes you would like to make. PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we cannot add products to your order, or change actual item(s) ordered. Once it has been processed, we can however change sender’s address, and or sizes during the one hour period. What are you still doing here? Quick! Email us!
